I launched My Breakfast Box in March 2020 to help my wonderful clients and community eat a better breakfast. After working as a personal trainer and doing a degree in nutrition, I could see a clear need for balanced, nutritious breakfasts that are also super quick to prepare, from this My Breakfast Box was born.
