HOW TO PREPARE - AS PORRIDGE
1. Place 50g of oat blend in a pan with 200ml of water, milk or plant milk
2. Heat gently whilst stirring until the porridge reaches desired consistency.
3. Allow to cool a little before serving

1. Place 50g of oat blend in a jar with 200ml of water, milk or plant milk
2. Stir well or tighten the lid and shake until all the mixture is combined
with the liquid
3. Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning
