STRAWBERRY FLAPJACK SLICES
Our simple Strawberry Flapjack slices make a great snack or even a dessert. You can also change the fruit to use mixed berries, blueberries or even try with mango for a tropical twist!
Ingredients
225g Plant Margarine
270g Oats
75g Ground Almonds
75g Chopped Walnuts
100g Coconut sugar
Filling
100g Fruit (frozen berries work best)
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 180c.
Mix the margarine, oats, ground almonds, chopped walnuts and coconut sugar
Place two thirds of the mix in a lined tray. Press down firmly
Place the fruit on top of the oat base, spread evenly
Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top and spread around to form a rough layer
Bake for 35mins then remove from the oven and allow to cool. Place in the fridge to firm up a little before slicing.
