COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BITES

 
 

In need of a little something to keep you powering through the week? The wonderful Megan Brooks has put together this recipe for vegan Cookie Dough Protein Bites and we think you’ll love them!

Ingredients

12 x Medjool dates

1 x Scoop of cookie dough or chocolate protein powder

1/2 Cup of cashew nuts

1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup

1/2 Cup of plant milk

1 tbsp Coconut oil

100g Dark chocolate for dipping

Method

1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a smooth dough is formed, adding the plant milk a little at a time

2. Spoon out one spoonful at a time and roll into a ball in the palm of your hands

3. Dip into the melted chocolate and set in the fridge (or freezer if you can’t wait that long!)
